How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order anytime as long as your package has not yet left our shipping depot. In this case please send an email containing your order number to a member of our customer service team here, explaining that you would like to cancel the order. A refund will be made via the same payment method you used to place the order. The refund process usually takes around seven working days from the moment your order is successfully canceled.
I haven’t received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
We send out a confirmation email when the order is placed. After the order ships, you will receive a shipping email that includes tracking information. If you do not receive these emails, please check your spam/junk folder.
You can always contact us here to have these re-sent.
Why doesn’t my discount code work?
If your promo code won’t apply or you get an error message, check whether the following applies to you:
- You’ve already used the code. Our promo codes can only be used once, so if you’ve ever used the code in the past then it won’t work again.
- The items aren’t eligible. Check the terms and conditions of the code, and make sure the items in your shopping bag aren’t excluded items.
- The code has been entered incorrectly. The codes are case sensitive so enter it exactly as it is written and try again.
- The code has expired. Check the expiry date of the code, as some of them run for a limited time or expire after a set period.

What is your warranty policy?
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of all our products. BLUEJAEL guarantees its products to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable lifetime of the product. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.

After the order ships, you will receive a shipping email that includes tracking information.
Please check your spam folder in the event you did not receive any confirmation within 24 hrs after placing your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship as fast as we can. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1 to 3 days, but transit time can take up to 3 to 10 days depending on your location. Therefore, please allow 14 days delivery time. All our orders are shipped with top notch carriers, so your gear is in good hands. We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally. International deliveries require additional duties and taxes to be paid by the buyer at package pickup which are not covered in our shipping rate. Please check with your responsible customs office to find out what these fees will be before you place an order.

How long will it take to process my order?

What happens to my package if I’m not at home when it is delivered?
Not at home on delivery day? No problem! The carrier will make a second delivery attempt or deposit your package at a shipping affiliate close to you where you can pick it up. You can retrieve your package from there within seven working days at a time that is convenient for you.
Please note, in order to retrieve your package, you must bring with you a valid form of ID and your shipment tracking number.
How do I change my shipping / billing information on my recently placed order?
Since orders are processed quickly, we are usually unable to modify or cancel your order once it is received. However, if you have entered billing/shipping information incorrectly please contact us. Please include your order number. And we will answer as soon as possible.
